Thrill Above Ground

Rapids Camp has one of the most amazing Zip line in Sagana Kenya cutting across the Rapids Water falls. The Zip line is 250 m long and has 110 m on top of the river which make it unique in Kenya. If you are looking for a Zipline with a difference then don’t look further. Our Zip-line is the most unique Zipline in Sagana, Kenya. It is the only Zipline that passes under 140 M foot bridge in Kenya, the longest in the Region. Our highly certified facilitators and equipment is the best. Our facilitators will take you through the safety talk for this unique experience. We do not just sell activities we give out experiences.

Gravity-Defying Thrill

Until you have climbed up the 60 meter steel structure with the sole intention of jumping off its edge and down towards the torrential Rapids Camp, then you cannot quite call yourself an adrenaline junkie! As you climb up to bungee, the wind blows against you as if in a torment to measure your determination to jump. 220 steps later, you are at the top and in the jump cage. Your view below is that of Tana River and the farm lands on its banks. Observing the highest standards of safety your upper body is harnessed and an elastic chord is tied around your feet. As soon as you assume the ‘Jesus position’, you are ready to bungee! 3,2, 1… and off you leap! Some say they feel their heart float, while others say they feel it in their mouths during the free fall until the bungee rope kicks in.

Whitewater Rush

Just 1.5 hrs drive from Nairobi and rated as one of the best half-day rafting stretches in the world. The Tana river will certainly take your breath away. From magical flat water stretches with ancient trees growing over the river to incredible rapids. This class 3 / 4 stretch of white water includes technical and fun rapids, guaranteed to make you wet. Navigate rapids such as Captains Folly, Sphincter Flexor and the Devil’s Toilet Bowl. If you are not feeling the rapids and want an easier trip, try out our short rafting experience Our rafting section ends at our river camp, so make sure you combine rafting with one of our famous barbeque lunches and try out the climbing wall or zip line afterwards.

Unique Paragliding.

Paragliding is the simplest way to fly with a parachute-like wing, using wind and gravity, just like a bird. No noise, no polluting engine – only you and nature. The tandem paraglider is a large sturdy wing designated to carry two people. You are sitting in a comfortable seat firmly attached to your pilot behind. We don’t jump from cliffs; we fly! Suiciders jump; people with dreams fly! We start from a gentle slope and make our paragliding wing fly before the terrain becomes steeper. Trust the lift force, don’t rush to sit, but keep running, even if your feet are barely touching the ground.
